Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective hospitality-sector partners, clients, and member organizations.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Present association services and programs.
• Prepare basic proposals or membership packages.
• Maintain lead and opportunity records in a CRM or tracking system.
• Support campaigns, gather market feedback, and contribute to sales strategies.
• Meet agreed activity and revenue targets.
• Build long-term relationships and provide excellent stakeholder service.
• Represent the association professionally and in a culturally appropriate manner.

Qualifications

• Sales and client relationship skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and follow-up.
• Clear spoken and written communication in English, with presentation and active listening skills.
• Organizational and administrative skills, including time management, basic CRM usage, and documentation.
• Understanding of or interest in hospitality, tourism, or service industries, especially within Saudi Arabia and Vision 2030 initiatives.
• Ability to work independently, meet part-time targets, and collaborate with a distributed team.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Basic digital literacy, including email, online meeting tools, and office productivity applications.
• Ethical conduct, professionalism, and commitment to representing Saudi hospitality values.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
