This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Representative.
The role engages prospective and existing customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Responsibilities
- Present products and services, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, prepare quotes or proposals, and follow up to close sales.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and provide market feedback.
- Follow customer service, company policy, and compliance standards.
- Participate in periodic training and virtual team meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for virtual and phone-based settings.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, email platforms, and video conferencing software.
- Organization and time management skills for remote prospect and reporting work.
- Ability to work independently, meet goals, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior sales, customer service, or account management experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability for part-time work on a consistent schedule and reliable internet connectivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or sales training is advantageous.
