Overview

  • Boxtech is expanding its team and looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities in the IoT, GPS tracking, fleet management, telematics, and video telematics sectors.
  • The ideal candidate should understand technology based solutions and be confident approaching businesses, conducting meetings, presenting solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in the Middle East region
  • Approach GPS tracking companies, IoT solution providers, system integrators, technology resellers, fleet operators, logistics companies, and industrial clients
  • Promote IoT devices, GPS trackers, sensors, fleet management platforms, dash cameras, mobile DVRs, ADAS, DMS, and video telematics solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, cold calling, meetings, proposals, follow ups, negotiation, and closing
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to recommend the right solution
  • Present live vehicle tracking, video monitoring, driver behaviour, fleet safety, and connected vehicle solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with customers and business partners
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, opportunities, and customer follow ups
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or technology sales
  • Experience in IoT, GPS tracking, telematics, video telematics, fleet management, hardware, or software solutions is preferred
  • Knowledge of dash cameras, MDVRs, ADAS, DMS, live video streaming, or fleet safety solutions will be an advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • Confidence in cold calling, client meetings, technical product presentations, and commercial discussions
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and present suitable technology solutions
  • Existing network within transport, logistics, fleet, system integration, or industrial sectors will be an advantage
  • Self motivated, target driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast moving environment
  • Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai
