Boxtech is seeking a B2B Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities in IoT, GPS tracking, fleet management, telematics, and video telematics sectors. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in the UAE market
- Approach GPS tracking companies, IoT solution providers, system integrators, technology resellers, fleet operators, logistics companies, and industrial clients
- Promote IoT devices, GPS trackers, sensors, fleet management platforms, dash cameras, mobile DVRs, ADAS, DMS, and video telematics solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, cold calling, meetings, proposals, follow ups, negotiation, and closing
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to recommend the right solution
- Present live vehicle tracking, video monitoring, driver behaviour, fleet safety, and connected vehicle solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with customers and business partners
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, opportunities, and customer follow ups
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or technology sales
- Experience in IoT, GPS tracking, telematics, video telematics, fleet management, hardware, or software solutions is preferred
- Knowledge of dash cameras, MDVRs, ADAS, DMS, live video streaming, or fleet safety solutions will be an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Confidence in cold calling, client meetings, technical product presentations, and commercial discussions
- Ability to understand customer requirements and present suitable technology solutions
- Existing network within transport, logistics, fleet, system integration, or industrial sectors will be an advantage
- Self motivated, target driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast moving environment
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai
