About the Role
3S Group is seeking a Sales Representative with business setup experience to drive business development and sales management. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, and coordinating company formation and visa services.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients across various industries
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Build and maintain long term client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business
- Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable corporate solutions
- Generate leads through networking events, referrals, online platforms, and social media
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information
- Assist clients with UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation
- Coordinate with government authorities for licensing, renewals, amendments, and liquidations
- Facilitate visa processing including applications, renewals, and cancellations
Requirements
- Business setup experience is a must
- Proven experience in business development and sales management
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of UAE company formation, licensing, and visa processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting

Key Responsibilities
