- Convert warm leads into qualified buyers and committed investors
- Conduct high impact property presentations and closing focused consultations
- Negotiate offers, secure commitments, and finalize transactions
- Promote off plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active prospects and follow up sequences
- Analyze ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and investment potential
- Work closely with sales agents, marketing teams, and developers to accelerate deal flow
- Maintain CRM accuracy and adhere to company sales processes
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand with professionalism
Requirements
- Proven experience as a closer in real estate or high ticket sales
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal closing skills
- Ability to handle objections and guide clients toward confident decisions
- Highly motivated, target driven, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
