Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ETP solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives.
  • Solution Positioning: Articulate the value of ETP solutions including digital transformation, cloud adoption, automation, and modernization.
  • End to End Sales Execution: Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with presales, solution architects, delivery teams, and legal.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management through CRM.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of proven sales experience in enterprise technology solutions, digital transformation, or platform sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Transformation Platforms, cloud technologies, automation, and digital transformation trends.
  • Proven success in managing and closing large, complex sales cycles and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions in a simple and compelling way.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with ability to engage at C suite level.
  • Experience in industries such as banking, healthcare, telecom, or government is a plus.
  • Experience working in the GCC or Middle East region preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with leading platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Mulesoft and Microsoft.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in selling IT services, managed services, and platform based solutions is a plus.
