- Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for ServiceNow enhancements across ITSM, HRSD, and CSM
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, process flows, and workflow definitions
- Support backlog driven delivery including requirement clarification, refinement, and participation in backlog grooming and prioritisation
- Ensure requirements are technically feasible within ServiceNow and aligned with platform design
- Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and validate implemented solutions
- Support testing and validation activities including functional validation and UAT coordination
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service workflows and support standardisation
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities and enhancement delivery
- Ability to gather and document requirements for ServiceNow enhancements
- Experience translating business requirements into user stories and functional specifications
- Familiarity with ITSM, HRSD, and CSM processes

Job Summary
- We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst Lead to support the continuous development and enhancement of ServiceNow platform capabilities across multiple service domains.
- This role focuses on capturing, shaping, and supporting the delivery of backlog driven enhancements.
- The successful candidate will drive structured requirement delivery aligned to ServiceNow capabilities.

- Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for ServiceNow enhancements, including ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.
