The role focuses on business growth and service delivery for transport and heavy equipment rental operations.
The position serves Oil and Gas, construction, and industrial clients in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across Oil and Gas, construction, and industrial sectors.
- Promote transport and heavy equipment rental services to prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with ADNOC, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare quotations, tenders, pricing proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets while expanding market presence.
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to increase business.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of UAE experience in Oil and Gas, transport, heavy equipment rental, logistics, or construction services.
- Mandatory Abu Dhabi experience, including exposure to CICPA operational areas.
- Strong network within ADNOC, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.
- Proven track record in business development, tendering, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Commercial focus with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Valid UAE driving license.
