Lead accounting, finance, audit, tax, and shared-services activities across multiple international entities.
The role supports stronger financial controls, business growth, a major ERP implementation, and senior-leadership partnership across global operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead accounting operations across entities in the UAE, India, Ireland, and the USA.
- Manage close, AP/AR, reconciliations, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting.
- Standardize and automate shared-services processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee audit, tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead ERP implementation requirements, testing, data migration, training, and go-live support.
- Support consolidation, treasury, management reporting, and board presentations.
- Partner on cross-border transactions and business initiatives with operational, legal, compliance, and finance teams.
- Develop finance team members and build scalable processes for growth.
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least eight years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership in a multinational or shared-services environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, consolidation, financial reporting, audit, tax, and treasury.
- Experience managing multi-entity international operations.
- Hands-on ERP implementation or finance transformation experience.
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Preferred qualifications
- CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience in aviation, aerospace, MRO, leasing, asset management, or similar industries is advantageous.
