Role Overview
Finstorm is hiring an Arabic-speaking Sales Manager for a provider of environmental monitoring, air quality, industrial instrumentation, and process optimization technologies.
The role is based in the UAE and focuses on selling complex technical solutions across government, utilities, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, ports, and industrial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion across the UAE and GCC.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Identify and secure high-value projects and long-term contracts.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage opportunities through closure.
- Collaborate with technical teams on tailored client solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Proven success in sales management, business development, or commercial leadership is required.
- Experience selling technical, engineering, environmental, industrial, or instrumentation solutions is required.
- Strong UAE network and market knowledge are required.
- Ability to achieve growth targets, develop strategic accounts, lead, influence, and close is required.
