Results-driven Relationship Manager role focused on automotive enhancement products, services, dealership relationships, and customer experience.
Salary
- Salary is AED 7,000 per month plus bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and upsell vehicle accessories, window tinting, paint protection film, ceramic coating, rust proofing, upholstery, and related services.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with showroom, sales, and service teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Identify new business opportunities, promotions, and revenue streams.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- Experience in automotive sales, aftersales, accessories, vehicle care, or relationship management.
- Strong sales, upselling, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Good knowledge of automotive products and services.
- Experience with dealerships or service centers is an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- English proficiency is required; Arabic is a plus.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
