We distribute some of the most exciting beverage brands in the world — matcha energy drinks from PerfectTed ✨, Oatly 🌾, Rude Health 💚 and many more — across Dubai's best cafés, hotels, restaurants, and wellness destinations.

If you've ordered a matcha latte at a specialty café lately, there's a good chance we put it there.

We've been building brands in the UAE for over 8 years and we're just getting started.

The Role

This is an inside-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for anyone reaching out to Bella.

You'll manage our inbound pipeline from first inquiry all the way through to onboarding, making sure every potential client is handled professionally, efficiently, and nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'Ll Be Doing

  • Responding promptly to all inbound inquiries and serving as the first professional touchpoint for prospective clients
  • Qualifying leads, pitching our product portfolio, and communicating what makes Bella and our brands stand out
  • Coordinating team visits, tastings, and follow ups to keep the pipeline moving
  • Managing the full onboarding process for new clients from order capture to first delivery
  • Coordinating with finance and operations on invoicing, payment tracking, and delivery schedules
  • Keeping our CRM fully up to date with all communications, pipeline stages, and client details

What We'Re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer success, or sales operations — B2B experience is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working day-to-day inside a CRM system
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English — Arabic is a plus
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Proactive mindset — someone who finds solutions rather than waiting for direction

Advantageous

prior experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or a distributor environment
