About Bella Coffee Gulf
We distribute some of the most exciting beverage brands in the world — matcha energy drinks from PerfectTed🍵, Oatly 🥛, Rude Health and many more — across Dubai's best cafés, hotels, restaurants, and wellness destinations.
If you've ordered a matcha latte at a specialty café lately, there's a good chance we put it there.
We've been building brands in the UAE for over 8 years and we're just getting started.
The Role
This is a field-based sales role where you'll be out every day visiting Dubai's specialty cafés, restaurants, and hotels — introducing them to our portfolio and building real relationships with owners, managers, and buyers.
You'll learn the market from the ground up, with direct exposure to world-class brands and a team that will invest in your development. ☕
What You'Ll Be Doing
- Getting out in the market daily and opening new HORECA accounts across Dubai
- Managing and growing relationships with existing clients
- Representing brands like PerfectTed 🍵, Oatly, and Rude Health with confidence and product knowledge
- Feeding back market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to the team
- Keeping CRM and records updated consistently
What We'Re Looking For
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in sales, FMCG, food & beverage, or hospitality
- Energetic, presentable, and confident speaking to people at all levels
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- UAE driving license
- Someone who genuinely cares about good coffee, health, and wellness 🌱
- Advantageous: existing contacts in Dubai's café or restaurant scene, passion for specialty beverages

This is a graduate-level role with a competitive entry-level package and a clear growth path as you develop within the business.
Senior candidates and those with 3+ years of experience will not be considered.
