Role Overview
We are hiring a HORECA Sales Executive to drive new business and manage existing accounts across Dubai's food service and hospitality sector.
You will be the face of Bella and our brand portfolio in the market — building genuine, long-term relationships with cafés, restaurants, and hotels while consistently delivering against sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new HORECA accounts across Dubai
- Manage and develop existing client relationships to grow revenue and retention
- Present and position our brand portfolio with confidence and product knowledge
- Monitor market activity and report back on competitor and customer insights
- Maintain accurate records and CRM updates on a regular basis
What We'Re Looking For
- 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, food & beverage, or hospitality
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
- UAE driving licence
- Self-motivated, presentable, and comfortable managing a field-based role independently
- Advantageous: existing HORECA contacts in Dubai, familiarity with specialty coffee or wellness beverages
