Job Summary

  • The jobholder is primarily responsible for managing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities related to Corporate cards and Cash Management.
  • He will be accountable for creating, expanding, retaining and managing the strategic relationship between the Bank and corporate customers.
  • Ultimate accountability for overall revenue, sales, delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

  • Build positive, long term relationships and support clients in the decision making process.
  • Identify and develop a target pipeline and aggressively market for new profitable customers.
  • Manage key corporate customer relationships through regular contacts and visits.
  • Build strong Corporate Card asset portfolio ensuring minimal delinquency and cross sell Cash Management Products.
  • Harness key relationships to maintain Targeted spends.
  • Ensure compliance to KYC and AML requirements.
  • Stay up to date on products and competition.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
  • Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Meet sales/revenue targets.
  • Ensure client satisfaction.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Demonstrate strategic ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with customers both internally and externally.
  • Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of front line/field sales experience in Premium financial services domain.
  • Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
  • Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
