Responsibilities
- Build positive, long term relationships and support clients in the decision making process by identifying solutions that meet their needs
- Identify and develop a target pipeline and aggressively market for new profitable customers from identified target sectors
- Manage key corporate customer relationships through regular contacts and visits
- Build strong Corporate Card asset portfolio ensuring minimal delinquency and cross sell Cash Management Products
- Harness key relationships to maintain Targeted spends
- Ensure compliance to KYC and AML requirements in all dealings
- Stay up to date on products and competition
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner
- Meet sales/revenue targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of front line/field sales experience in Premium financial services domain
- Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field
- Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Demonstrate strategic ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to influence and negotiate with customers both internally and externally
- Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms

Job Summary
- The jobholder is primarily responsible for managing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities related to Corporate cards and Cash Management.
- He will be accountable for creating, expanding, retaining and managing the strategic relationship between the Bank and corporate customers.
- Ultimate accountability for overall revenue, sales, delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
