Job Description
Work as an outdoor Sales Merchandiser in the Dubai foodstuff market.
Drive sales growth across modern trade and traditional trade channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and traditional markets across Dubai.
- Manage merchandising, product displays, shelf placement, and store display compliance.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to support sales growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to maintain brand standards.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers.
Requirements
- Proven UAE food-market sales merchandising experience is required.
- Experience in both modern trade and traditional trade is required.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently is required.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
- Car ownership is preferred.
- Willingness to travel 100% is required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person and involves outdoor sales travel.
