Overview

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new client relationships, and expanding market presence across the UAE.

The role will focus on generating new business opportunities within Analytics, Consulting, Digital Transformation, and Technology Services while leading strategic sales and marketing initiatives aligned with organizational growth objectives.

The role will also be responsible for establishing sales processes, strengthening lead generation strategies, and supporting the overall commercial growth of the business.

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across target markets and industries.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate tracking of opportunities and client interactions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions with key decision-makers.
  • Develop strategic relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue objectives, and business development KPIs.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Analyze industry developments related to Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, and Consulting services.
  • Support development of go-to-market strategies and commercial growth plans.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and recommend business expansion initiatives.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing and communication initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Develop customer-focused messaging and value propositions for products and services.
  • Support digital marketing, business communication, and promotional initiatives.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Maintain regular engagement with customers to understand business needs and identify additional opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Deliver a high level of client satisfaction through professional communication and relationship management.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and business presentations for management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and marketing performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • MBA or PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of B2B sales and marketing experience within:
  • IT Services
  • Analytics
  • Technology Consulting
  • Digital Transformation
  • Consulting Services
  • UAE market experience is mandatory.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
