- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for MEP works using Primavera
- Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and look ahead plans in line with project requirements
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, risks, and bottlenecks
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with project schedules
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and project performance analyses
- Track manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity against planned targets
- Conduct schedule variance analysis and recommend corrective actions where required
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to support planning activities
- Assist in preparing project budgets, resource histograms, and cash flow forecasts
- Support claims preparation related to extensions of time (EOT), delays, and variations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
- 3 to 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry
- Mandatory experience working on high rise building projects
- Experience in MEP planning and coordination for residential, commercial, or mixed use developments
- Proficiency in Primavera P6
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and project control techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities

About the Role
