Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day administration of syndicated and FI lending facilities
- Process loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and loan settlements
- Monitor facility utilization and ensure transactions comply with approved facility terms
- Review syndicated loan agreements and legal documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Coordinate with syndicate participants, agent banks, relationship managers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures
- Maintain daily MIS reports and operational trackers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or a related discipline
- Knowledge of Corporate Lending and Syndicated Lending practices
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit Administration, Syndicated Lending, Financial Institutions, or Corporate Loan Operations within the banking sector
- Experience managing syndicated loan operations and facility administration
- Experience reviewing loan documentation and legal agreements
- Experience with syndicated loan disbursements, repayments, collateral management, and covenant monitoring
- UAE or GCC banking experience is highly preferred

Role Overview
- To manage and administer syndicated and financial institution (FI) lending facilities by ensuring accurate processing, documentation, compliance, and operational support throughout the loan lifecycle.
- The role is responsible for facility administration, legal documentation review, loan processing, collateral management, participant coordination, and regulatory compliance while ensuring timely execution of all syndicated loan operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day administration of syndicated and FI lending facilities.
- Process loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and loan settlements.
- Monitor facility utilization and ensure transactions comply with approved facility terms.
- Manage loan disbursements and ensure timely processing of all loan related transactions.
- Administer post closing activities, including loan booking, interest calculations, and fee processing.
- Monitor covenant compliance and facility conditions throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Review syndicated loan agreements and legal documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Ensure all documentation complies with approved credit terms, pricing approvals, and internal policies.
- Process facility approvals and ensure compliance with syndication and FI facility agreements.
- Maintain complete and accurate credit documentation throughout the facility lifecycle.
- Ensure proper lodgment and maintenance of collateral and security documents within the Bank's systems.
- Load and maintain customer limits and facilities in the Core Banking System.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of Corporate Lending and Syndicated Lending practices is required.
- Professional banking or finance certifications will be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit Administration, Syndicated Lending, Financial Institutions, or Corporate Loan Operations within the banking sector.
- Experience managing syndicated loan operations and facility administration.
- Experience reviewing loan documentation and legal agreements.
- Experience with syndicated loan disbursements, repayments, collateral management, and covenant monitoring.
- UAE or GCC banking experience is highly preferred.
