Job Overview
- The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote the company’s real estate development projects, enhance brand positioning, and support sales targets.
- This role focuses on marketing residential, commercial, and mixed use developments from project launch through completion, ensuring strong market visibility and effective lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote real estate development projects.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Ensure all project related content accurately reflects approved master plans, layouts, pricing strategies, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis on trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Track campaign performance, lead conversion rates, and ROI, and prepare reports for management.
- Manage marketing budget and coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors.
- Plan and oversee project launches, show unit promotions, exhibitions, roadshows, and site visit events.
- Lead and supervise the marketing team, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Required).
- 5 years of experience in developing, planning, strategy, and marketing manager role (Required).
- Arabic language (Required).
- Ability to commute/relocate to Abu Dhabi (Required).
- Strong experience in real estate development marketing.

Compensation
- Pay: AED10,000.00 AED18,000.00 per month
