- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client communications in CRM
- Work closely with marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide client feedback to improve offerings and marketing strategies
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in real estate sales or similar customer facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Motivated, organized, and result oriented personality
