- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales and market share
- Monitor daily sales activities, client follow ups, and pipeline management
- Assign and track leads from property portals, marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources
- Ensure timely follow up and proper lead management through the company's CRM system
- Monitor agent performance and provide coaching, training, and support
- Review and oversee sales documentation including reservation forms, MOUs, SPA documents, and client KYC
- Coordinate with developers, clients, legal teams, and authorities to facilitate transactions
- Verify and approve commission calculations for sales agents and external brokers
- Monitor property listings on portals like Bayut and Property Finder
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and management updates
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and sales processes
- Experience in lead management, CRM systems, and property portal management
- Understanding of sales documentation and transaction procedures
- Knowledge of commission structures and brokerage operations
- Arabic language proficiency
- Insurance certification
- Ability to commute/relocate to Abu Dhabi
- Willingness to travel 100%

Job Summary
- The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the real estate sales team to achieve company sales targets.
- The role involves overseeing sales activities, managing leads, supporting agents, monitoring performance, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- The Sales Manager will also be responsible for sales strategy implementation, commission management, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales and market share.
- Monitor daily sales activities, client follow ups, and pipeline management.
- Assign and track leads received from property portals, marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- Ensure timely follow up and proper lead management through the company's CRM system.
- Monitor agent performance and provide coaching, training, and support where required.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Experience in lead management, CRM systems, and property portal management.
