Sales & Marketing Executive

NovaCare Cleaning & Facility Services W.L.L.

Job Overview

NovaCare Cleaning & Facility Services W.L.L. is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to support the growth of our Cleaning Services, Manpower Supply, and Facility Management operations in Qatar.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, client acquisition, and sales within the cleaning, manpower, facility management, hospitality, or related service industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads and secure meetings with potential clients.
  • Promote the company's cleaning, manpower supply, and facility support services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings.
  • Follow up on inquiries and negotiate service agreements.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience in Qatar.
  • Experience in cleaning services, manpower supply, facility management, hospitality services, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of the Qatar market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
  • Transferable visa/NOC is an advantage.
