About the Role

- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform check in and check out procedures efficiently
- Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and telephone calls
- Operate the IDS Hotel Management System for daily front office activities
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure excellent guest service
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate guest records and prepare daily reports
Requirements
- Male applicant
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist is required
- Practical experience with the IDS Hotel Management System is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service attitude
- Able to work in a fast paced hospitality environment

Job Summary
- We are looking for a professional and customer oriented Receptionist to join our hospitality team.
