- Negotiate commercial terms and secure purchase orders and contracts
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's fire protection solutions
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional activities
- Create marketing materials, company profiles, and product presentations
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems
- Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and compliant with UAE Civil Defense regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, technical marketing, or business development within the Fire Protection, MEP, or Construction industry in the UAE
- UAE driving license is mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Arabic proficiency is must
- Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of working independently
- Understanding of Fire Alarm Systems and Fire Fighting Systems
- Familiarity with UAE Civil Defense regulations and fire safety standards

Position Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and technically oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth in our Fire Protection Systems division.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, preparing quotations, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote our fire safety solutions.
- This role acts as the link between customers and the technical team to deliver compliant, cost effective, and timely fire protection solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across commercial, residential, industrial, and government sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess fire protection requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, RFQs, and tender submissions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and secure purchase orders and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's fire protection solutions.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of Fire Alarm Systems, including smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, sounders, and fire alarm control panels.
- Knowledge of Fire Fighting Systems, including fire extinguishers, hose reels, sprinkler systems, and fire pumps.
- Familiarity with emergency lighting and exit lighting systems.
- Basic understanding of UAE Civil Defense regulations and fire safety standards.
- Ability to differentiate between new installations, upgrades, and maintenance services.
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into simple client focused solutions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Qualifications
