Position Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and technically oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth in our Fire Protection Systems division.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, preparing quotations, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote our fire safety solutions.
  • This role acts as the link between customers and the technical team to deliver compliant, cost effective, and timely fire protection solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across commercial, residential, industrial, and government sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
  • Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess fire protection requirements.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, RFQs, and tender submissions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and secure purchase orders and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's fire protection solutions.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional activities.
  • Create marketing materials, company profiles, and product presentations.
  • Maintain an active presence on digital platforms and support brand visibility initiatives.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems.

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Understanding of Fire Alarm Systems, including smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, sounders, and fire alarm control panels.
  • Knowledge of Fire Fighting Systems, including fire extinguishers, hose reels, sprinkler systems, and fire pumps.
  • Familiarity with emergency lighting and exit lighting systems.
  • Basic understanding of UAE Civil Defense regulations and fire safety standards.
  • Ability to differentiate between new installations, upgrades, and maintenance services.
  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into simple client focused solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, technical marketing, or business development within the Fire Protection, MEP, or Construction industry in the UAE.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Arabic proficiency is must.
  • Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of working independently.
