About the Role
We are hiring a detail-oriented Accountant for a floral and e-commerce business in Dubai. You will manage end-to-end bookkeeping, financial statements, VAT and tax compliance, accounts payable/receivable, and e-commerce payout reconciliations.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end bookkeeping and accounting operations
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle VAT & Corporate Tax filing and compliance
- Manage accounts payable & receivable
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for payments and negotiations
- Reconcile e commerce payouts, POS systems, bank statements, and financial records
- Monitor cash flow and identify cost saving opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations
- Maintain proper inventory costing and reporting for floral products and operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 4 years of accounting experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e commerce, retail, or floral/FMCG businesses
- Strong knowledge of Dubai VAT & Corporate Tax regulations
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Talabat, Deliveroo, Instashop, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities
- CPA/CMA certification is an advantage

Job Overview
- We are looking for a proactive, detail oriented, and solution driven Accountant to join our growing floral business in Dubai.
- This role goes beyond traditional bookkeeping – we need someone who can manage complete financial operations, optimize processes, improve cash flow, and support the financial growth of a fast paced floral and e commerce business.
