Manage sales activity for the DST channel and develop new KYC business.
The role covers a cluster of branches and includes staff selection, field coaching and target management.
Responsibilities
- Develop new KYC business through the DST channel.
- Select sales executives for each branch and conduct field training.
- Coach staff to improve sales habits, communication and productivity.
- Allocate and monitor management-assigned targets and deliver them on time.
- Travel across the cluster for meetings, training and reviews.
- Use market analysis to identify key result areas and plan activities.
- Review staff performance to improve lead quality, lead quantity and business.
Requirements
- Sales experience is required, with direct sales experience preferred.
- Territory familiarity is required.
- People management, communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills are required.
- A minimum regular degree is required.
- Telugu and English language knowledge is required.
Compensation
- The source lists salary of 6,00,000 plus incentives.
- Performance-based incentives, rewards and awards may be provided.
- Travel allowance and daily allowance are paid according to eligibility.
