Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate new KYC business.
- Select sales executives for every branch.
- Conduct field training and coach staff to improve sales habits, communication, and productivity.
- Allocate, monitor, and deliver management-assigned targets on time.
- Travel across the cluster to conduct meetings, training, and reviews.
- Identify key result areas through market analysis and decide activity, location, and date.
- Conduct timely staff reviews to improve lead quality, lead quantity, and business.
Key Skills
- Sales experience is required, with direct sales experience preferred.
- Territory familiarity is required.
- The role requires local-language communication.
- People management, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are required.
Qualification and Languages
- A minimum regular degree is required.
- The listed languages are Telugu and English.
Compensation
