Company Overview

  • Ownerss International Real Estate is a French based real estate brokerage company based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Secondary Sales and Leasing Consultants.
  • Recruit, train, and develop agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales and leasing strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, investors, and clients.
  • Source exclusive secondary sales and leasing listings.
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, lead management, and deal closures.
  • Support agents in negotiations and closing high value transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate quality leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Manager or Team Leader role in real estate.
  • Must currently have or be able to bring a team of at least 3 4 active Secondary Sales and Leasing Agents.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • In depth knowledge of Dubai's secondary sales and leasing market.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle preferred.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
