Overview

Ownerss International Real Estate is expanding its international team and is looking for motivated and ambitious **Real Estate Agents** to join our growing company in Dubai.

This is a commission-based role ideal for driven professionals who want to build a successful career in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

You will be working with a diverse client base, including **UK, US, and Canadian clients**, and will be responsible for managing property sales and client relationships across Dubai’s secondary and off-plan markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads for off plan & secondary market
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Negotiate and close real estate transactions
  • Provide expert advice on Dubai real estate market trends
  • Work closely with the sales and administrative team

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (Mandatory) – strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate confidently with UK, US, and Canadian clients
  • Minimum 6 months experience in real estate (secondary market preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • European market experience is an advantage
