We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our retail sales operations across Saudi Arabia.

This role is designed for a commercial leader with proven experience in Retail and FMCG sales, strong relationships within the Saudi market, and the ability to drive sustainable growth through strategic account management and team leadership.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing major retail accounts, developing market opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and leading sales execution across a well-established distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the company’s retail sales strategy across Saudi Arabia.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including pharmacies, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and major retail chains.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop plans to increase market penetration and sales performance.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and secure strategic partnerships.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer needs to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and execution.
  • Deliver sales targets while maintaining strong long-term customer relationships.

  • Proven experience in Sales Management within the Saudi market.
  • Strong background in Retail and FMCG sectors.
  • Experience managing Key Accounts and modern trade channels.
  • Established relationships with major retail chains, pharmacies, supermarkets, and hypermarkets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on growth, profitability, and execution.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action plans.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
