About the Role

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities in parking management, traffic control, tolling, ITS, and smart mobility projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, municipalities, transport agencies, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders
- Generate leads and develop a healthy sales pipeline through networking, market research, and industry engagement
- Lead bid qualification, proposal preparation, and tender submission activities
- Promote and sell integrated solutions including Parking Guidance Systems, Parking Management Systems, ANPR/LPR, Access Control, Revenue Collection, Traffic Signal Control, Adaptive Traffic Management, VMS, CCTV, ITS, Smart City and Mobility Solutions
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging transportation technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 10 years of sales and business development experience in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Traffic Management Systems, Parking Systems, Smart City Solutions, ELV/System Integration Projects, or Transportation Infrastructure Projects
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning medium to large scale projects
- Experience working with government entities, municipalities, road authorities, airports, metro operators, or transportation agencies is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of ITS, Parking Management, Traffic Signal Control, ANPR/LPR, VMS, CCTV, SCADA, Smart City Technologies, IoT

Business Development & Sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities in parking management, traffic control, tolling, ITS, and smart mobility projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, municipalities, transport agencies, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Generate leads and develop a healthy sales pipeline through networking, market research, and industry engagement.
- Conduct customer presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical commercial discussions.
Tender & Proposal Management
- Monitor and identify public and private tenders related to parking, traffic, and ITS projects.
- Lead bid qualification, proposal preparation, and tender submission activities.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to develop competitive technical and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and partners.
Solution Selling
- Promote and sell integrated solutions including Parking Guidance Systems (PGS), Parking Management Systems (PMS), Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR/LPR), Access Control Systems, Revenue Collection Systems, Traffic Signal Control Systems, Adaptive Traffic Management Systems (ATMS), Traffic Mon
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop long term customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client visits and participate in project review meetings.
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades, maintenance contracts, and cross selling of solutions.
Market Intelligence
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging transportation technologies.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer requirements and market opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity tracking, and CRM records.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, pipeline reviews, and business development plans.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, margins, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of sales and business development experience in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Traffic Management Systems, Parking Systems, Smart City Solutions, ELV/System Integration Projects, Transportation Infrastructure Projects.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning medium to large scale projects.

Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Parking Management and Guidance Systems, Traffic Signal Control Systems, ANPR/LPR Technologies, VMS and Traffic Information Systems, Traffic Surveillance and Enforcement Systems, Fiber Optic and Communication Networks, CCTV and Video
