- Supervise all administrative activities related to valet parking operations
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal files, licenses, permits, and employment documents
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Prepare staff duty rosters and coordinate manpower allocation with site supervisors
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and documentation for new employees
- Assist in resolving administrative and operational issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, labor regulations, and client requirements
- Monitor expiry dates of employee licenses, permits, visas, and training certifications
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
Requirements
- Experience in administrative supervision or related role
- Knowledge of labor regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office

Job Summary
- The Admin Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the valet parking operations, ensuring smooth coordination between site supervisors, clients, and management.
- The role involves managing employee records, attendance, scheduling, reporting, documentation, compliance, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient day to day operations.
