Your Mission

  • Drive volume growth and build strong client relationships while aggressively expanding category penetration across chains and groups.

Performance Framework

  • 50% > Revenue Growth & Volume Expansion: Segment revenue growth, Expansion across chain locations, Category penetration per account
  • 20% > New Account Acquisition: Opening new restaurant groups, Replacing incumbent suppliers
  • 15% > Team Performance: Managing Account Managers, Driving field activity and discipline
  • 10% > Commercial Execution: Pricing and deal structuring, Managing margins
  • 5% > Market Intelligence: Tracking new concepts and expansions

Experience

  • 7–10+ years experience in HoReCa sales, key account management — RECA segment
  • Strong relationships within restaurant groups, café chains, and coffee brands
  • Experience managing medium and large chains
  • Background with food distributors or hospitality suppliers preferred
  • Comfortable negotiating pricing, rebates, and volume agreements
  • Proven ability to acquire new accounts and expand product penetration
  • Solution based selling approach
  • Structured, KPI driven mindset
  • Strong team leadership and coaching skills
  • Willing to travel within KSA
