- 7–10+ years experience in HoReCa sales, key account management — RECA segment
- Strong relationships within restaurant groups, café chains, and coffee brands
- Experience managing medium and large chains
- Background with food distributors or hospitality suppliers preferred
- Comfortable negotiating pricing, rebates, and volume agreements
- Proven ability to acquire new accounts and expand product penetration
- Solution based selling approach
- Structured, KPI driven mindset
- Strong team leadership and coaching skills
- Willing to travel within KSA

- Drive volume growth and build strong client relationships while aggressively expanding category penetration across chains and groups.
Performance Framework
- 50% > Revenue Growth & Volume Expansion: Segment revenue growth, Expansion across chain locations, Category penetration per account
- 20% > New Account Acquisition: Opening new restaurant groups, Replacing incumbent suppliers
- 15% > Team Performance: Managing Account Managers, Driving field activity and discipline
- 10% > Commercial Execution: Pricing and deal structuring, Managing margins
- 5% > Market Intelligence: Tracking new concepts and expansions
Experience
- 7–10+ years experience in HoReCa sales, key account management — RECA segment
- Strong relationships within restaurant groups, café chains, and coffee brands
