Role Overview

  • We are hiring a Sales Manager – Bakeries & Pastry to lead one of the most technical and relationship driven segments.
  • This role requires deep product understanding, technical selling, and the ability to earn trust with production driven clients.

Your Mission

  • Drive product adoption through technical selling and build long term relationships with production driven clients who demand expertise, not just supply.

Performance Framework

  • 45% > Revenue Growth: Category growth within bakery accounts, SKU penetration across clients, Multi location expansion
  • 20% > Technical Account Development: Working closely with chefs and production teams, Driving product trials and adoption
  • 20% > Team Leadership: Managing Account Managers, Coaching technical selling approach
  • 10% > Commercial Execution: Pricing and supply agreements, Margin management
  • 5% > Market Intelligence: Tracking bakery trends and new concepts

Experience

  • 7–10+ years experience in bakery and pastry segment sales
  • Strong command of flour & mixes, cream & dairy, fillings & glazes, chocolate, bakery ingredients
  • Experience with artisan bakeries, pastry chains, or industrial bakeries
  • High level of technical involvement — product trials and recipes
  • Proven ability to work with culinary or technical teams
  • Comfortable negotiating pricing, rebates, and volume agreements
  • Solution based selling approach
  • Structured, KPI driven mindset
  • Strong team leadership and coaching skills
  • Willing to travel within KSA
