Your Mission

  • Deliver cost efficient, reliable supply solutions at scale — and build the long term partnerships that make Ghezaa the preferred partner for institutional clients across KSA.

Performance Framework

  • 50% > Volume Growth: Revenue from bulk accounts, Expansion across multi site contracts, New institutional accounts
  • 20% > Account Expansion: Multi site penetration, Long term supply agreements
  • 15% > Pricing & Cost Management: Competitive pricing execution, Margin control per account
  • 10% > Team Management: Managing Account Managers, Field execution discipline
  • 5% > Operational Alignment: Supply chain and delivery coordination

Experience

  • 7–10+ years experience in catering and institutional segment sales
  • Strong handling of protein, pantry / dry goods, frozen, and dairy
  • Experience with catering companies, hospitals, schools / universities, or corporate dining
  • Proven track record managing bulk contracts and multi site accounts
  • Comfortable negotiating pricing, rebates, and volume agreements
  • Solution driven selling approach
  • Structured, KPI driven mindset
  • Strong team leadership and coaching skills
  • Willing to travel within KSA
