Job Opportunity \| Sales Manager – Real Estate Sector

PlatOne is a Saudi licensed human resources firm supporting organizations in connecting with qualified professionals across different industries.

On behalf of one of our top clients, we are currently hiring for the following position:

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales activities, developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the real estate sector.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, solid market knowledge, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients, investors, and partners.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads, negotiations, and closing activities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity within the real estate sector.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper client handling and successful deal execution.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, and client discussions.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong experience in client acquisition, deal negotiation, and revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Good understanding of the Riyadh real estate market and commercial opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and achieve sales targets.
