- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead, supervise, and manage the Procurement & Contracts team
- Oversee daily operations of procurement and contract management activities
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers and contractors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and quality standards
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and contract documentation
- Analyze procurement data and identify cost saving opportunities
- Evaluate and monitor supplier and contractor performance
- Conduct site visits to monitor procurement activities
- Train and mentor procurement staff on procedures and best practices
- Prepare weekly and monthly procurement and contracts reports for senior management
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Procurement & Contracts
- At least 3 years as a Procurement & Contracts Manager within a Real Estate Development or Contracting Company
- Established network of qualified contractors and suppliers
- Experience managing and evaluating a database of at least 500 contractors and 100 suppliers
- Strong negotiation and contract administration skills
- Knowledge of procurement policies, compliance, and quality standards
- Analytical skills for cost saving opportunities and process improvements
- Leadership and team management experience

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results driven Procurement & Contracts Manager to join a well established real estate company.
- The ideal candidate will lead the procurement and contracts function, develop strategies, manage supplier relationships, oversee contract administration, optimize operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic objectives.
