- Own and drive quarterly and annual sales targets through hands on team leadership
- Track individual KPIs and keep the team accountable to performance benchmarks

- Coach, motivate, and develop a high performing sales team

- Oversee lead distribution and monitor conversion ratios
- Spot performance gaps early and put corrective plans in place

Requirements
- 2–3+ years of real estate sales experience with a brokerage firm
- Proven track record of closing AED 100 million+ in annual sales volume
- Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC real estate market
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills
- Confident communicator in Arabic and English
- Valid UAE residence visa or eligibility to obtain one
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field

What we are looking for
- 2–3+ years of real estate sales experience, specifically with a brokerage firm (not developer side sales)
- Proven track record of closing AED 100 million+ in annual sales volume
- Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC real estate market
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills
- Confident communicator in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
- A valid UAE residence visa (or eligibility/timeline to obtain one)
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field (required); Bachelor's degree a plus
