Responsibilities
- Own and drive quarterly and annual sales targets through hands on team leadership
- Track individual KPIs and keep the team accountable to performance benchmarks
- Build and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue goals
- Coach, motivate, and develop a high performing sales team
- Run regular performance and pipeline reviews
- Oversee lead distribution and monitor conversion ratios
- Spot performance gaps early and put corrective plans in place
- Build relationships with key clients and strategic partners to support closings
- Maintain sales discipline, accountability, and accurate reporting
- Partner with management on forecasting and market trend analysis
Requirements
- 2 3+ years of real estate sales experience with a brokerage firm
- Proven track record of closing AED 100 million+ in annual sales volume
- Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC real estate market
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills
- Confident communicator in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
- Valid UAE residence visa or eligibility to obtain one
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field (required); Bachelor's degree a plus

Job Overview

What we are looking for
