Responsibilities
- Lead the hiring cycle for Property Consultants, from sourcing to onboarding
- Ensure all contracts and operations align with the 2026 UAE Labor Law updates
- Act as the first point of contact for staff grievances, performance management, and culture building
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management via HR systems
- Oversee the administrative side of RERA card applications and renewals for the sales team
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of UAE based HR experience within a Real Estate Brokerage
- Must be a current UAE Resident
- Strong headhunting ability for commission based sales roles
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Sound knowledge of the local Labor Law and statutory compliance
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
