Responsibilities
- Own and drive the achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets through effective team leadership
- Monitor, track, and ensure all team members consistently meet or exceed their individual sales KPIs
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company revenue objectives
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
- Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline reviews, and target follow ups
- Ensure proper lead distribution and monitor conversion ratios across the team
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans when needed
- Build strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to support team closings
- Maintain overall sales discipline, accountability, and reporting accuracy within the team
- Collaborate with management to forecast sales, analyze market trends, and improve revenue performance
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3+ years of proven experience in real estate sales
- Demonstrated track record of achieving annual sales volumes of AED 100 million or more
- Strong background in tenant/customer relationship management
- Significant exposure to and understanding of the GCC and UAE real estate market
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Business level proficiency in Arabic and English

Overview

Salary
- AED 3,000 – 4,000/month
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (required).
- Bachelor’s degree is a strong added advantage.
