- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
- Drive sales of residential, commercial, and off plan real estate projects
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, channel partners, and key clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify business opportunities
- Ensure effective lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, and deal closure
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing department to execute successful promotional campaigns and project launches
- Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and investor meetings
- Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales
- At least 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in real estate development
- Strong understanding of off plan sales and property development
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and industry practices

Position Overview

Qualifications & Experience
