- Assist clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective buyers and tenants
- Provide professional advice on market conditions, property values, investment opportunities, and financing options
- Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and prospects
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
- Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve successful transactions while ensuring client satisfaction
- Stay informed about UAE real estate market trends, regulations, and industry developments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM systems
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth objectives
- Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE real estate laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 3 years of experience in real estate sales or property consultancy within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai and UAE real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self motivated, proactive, and customer focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Fluency in English required; additional languages an advantage

Position Overview
