- Event Coordination: Organizing and coordinating special events, conferences, and meetings involving the CEO.
- Visit project sites and other offices as required to oversee the operations and provide support.
- Requirements for a Executive Secretary job may include:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. Relevant work experience or certifications may be considered in place of a degree.
- Previous experience as a Executive Secretary or executive assistant, preferably supporting top-level executives or CEOs.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and productivity tools.
