- Lead and manage all marketing activities for property launches, off plan projects, and ongoing developments
- Create and oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising platforms
- Manage branding, positioning, and communication strategies to enhance market presence and customer engagement
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop lead generation campaigns and optimize conversion rates
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, videos, website content, and promotional assets
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, creative suppliers, and digital marketing vendors
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities
- Plan and execute project launches, exhibitions, roadshows, investor events, and promotional activities
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in the real estate development industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing real estate marketing campaigns and project launches
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies
- Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of UAE real estate market trends and consumer behavior is highly desirable

Position Overview
