Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, restaurants, hospitals, educational institutions, and other hospitality projects
- Generate leads through hotel operators, procurement companies, consultants, designers, project management firms, contractors, and developers
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of hospitality projects from concept stage through project completion
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives
- Develop strong relationships with hotel groups, hospitality operators, procurement managers, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Manage existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and cross selling
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Ensure exceptional customer service and long term client satisfaction
- Review project specifications, BOQs, tender documents, and hospitality procurement requirements
- Coordinate with procurement, sourcing, logistics, and operations teams to prepare competitive proposals
- Manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry generation through order closure and delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 6–12 years of sales experience in OS&E, Hospitality Supplies, Hotel Procurement, Food Service Equipment, Hospitality Solutions, or related industries
- Strong UAE hospitality industry network
- Proven track record in hospitality project sales and business development

Position Overview
- Danube Hospitality Solutions is seeking an experienced and results oriented Sales Manager – OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) to drive sales growth and business development across the hospitality sector.
- The role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with hotels, hotel apartments, resorts, restaurants, healthcare institutions, educational facilities, and hospitality developers while promoting a comprehensive portfolio of OS&E products.
Business Development & Sales
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, restaurants, hospitals, educational institutions, and other hospitality projects.
- Generate leads through hotel operators, procurement companies, consultants, designers, project management firms, contractors, and developers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of hospitality projects from concept stage through project completion.

Key Account Management

- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts while maintaining profitability targets.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor hospitality industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming hotel developments.
- Identify new market opportunities and emerging customer requirements.
- Provide regular market feedback and sales forecasts to management.
Commercial & Financial Management
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
- Ensure healthy receivables and timely collections.
- Maintain target gross margins and profitability levels.
- Monitor project profitability and customer payment performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.
- Minimum 6–12 years of sales experience in OS&E, Hospitality Supplies, Hotel Procurement, Food Service Equipment, Hospitality Solutions, or related industries.
- Strong UAE hospitality industry network.
- Proven track record in hospitality project sales and business development.
- Experience handling hotel pre opening and refurbishment projects is highly desirable.
