Position Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Manager – Commercial Kitchen to lead business development and sales activities for our Commercial Kitchen division.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong project sales experience within the hospitality, food service equipment, or commercial kitchen industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual sales and business development strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities within hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and food service establishments
  • Generate new business through consultants, architects, interior designers, project management companies, MEP contractors, developers, and hospitality operators
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of projects from concept and design stages through execution and completion
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales, revenue, and profitability targets
  • Drive sales of commercial kitchen equipment, turnkey kitchen solutions, food service equipment, and related hospitality products
  • Review project specifications, kitchen layouts, BOQs, and tender documents to identify business opportunities
  • Collaborate with estimation, design, procurement, and project teams to develop competitive proposals
  • Lead negotiations and secure contracts while maintaining target margins
  • Monitor project progress and ensure seamless coordination
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent management qualification will be an advantage
  • Minimum 6–12 years of experience in Commercial Kitchen Equipment, Food Service Equipment, Hospitality Solutions, Catering Equipment, or related industries
  • Proven experience in project sales, tender management, and key account management
  • Strong network within the hospitality, restaurant, hotel, consultant, contractor, and developer community across the UAE
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales and profitability targets
