Responsibilities
- Ensure understanding of business strategy and positioning of Minor Hotels brand
- Maintain up to date knowledge on all Minor Hotels product and service offerings and competitor activities
- Approach personal sales activities from a strategic perspective, understanding account base priorities
- Continually review account production against potential and suggest improvements
- Focus on establishing new client contacts and developing detailed revenue potential information
- Achieve personal financial and non financial performance objectives
- Take responsibility for professional development in financial literacy, negotiation, and selling skills
- Maintain accurate management status reporting on business results and team action planning
- Practice effective cost control and adhere to internal expenditure approval procedures
- Participate in client familiarization trips, site inspections, sales trips, and roadshows
- Liaise effectively with operational colleagues to ensure accurate delivery of promises
- Drive opportunities to upsell and cross sell Minor Hotels products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a 5 star hotel
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferably Russian speaker
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment
